The Year of the Potato

2008 has been designated International Year of the Potato by the United Nations. Did you know?

We did.

It's true that potatoes are, or can be, grown world-wide. They contain Vitamin C and potassium and have a very high protein content for a root crop. And while we celebrate the potato and all it stands for in the mission to alleviate the world's poverty and widespread starvation, we can't help but consider the dark side of the potato.

Since we're over-achievers homeschoolers, we thought a video documentary would tell the story best. Here is Brady and his best friend, Ben, presenting.... "Potato."

Holy crap! That was hilarious!

The scene on the toilet was my favorite but then, I have always been a big fan of toilet humor. (hee hee hee)
